The Finish Line Repair Process

Trust Finish Line Collision, because only perfect is good enough.

1. One call = All the answers.
Finish Line Collision’s Customer Care Department handles all of the important details for you in an emergency: Vehicle drop-off, 24/7 flatbed towing, rental vehicle, and claims assistance.

2. Estimate, Authorization, Repair
Schedule an appointment for a courtesy estimate of the repair. We’ll get the authorization to proceed with your insurer. We will then schedule the repair to be made by highly-qualified technology professionals.

3. Disassembly and Re-Inspection
The vehicle is disassembled and a secondary inspection is performed to determine hidden damage. Supplemental report and digital images are sent to the insurance company for approval and additional parts are ordered as needed to complete the repair correctly

4. Structural Repair and Body Repair
Our trained technicians undertake structural and body repair, panel replacement, cosmetic repair and corrosion protection, assuring that we meet the manufacturer’s original specifications standard for proper fit, finish and alignment.

5. Multi-Step Paint Refinishing
We chemically clean the auto body, prep, prime, block, seal, tap, bag, mask and match the manufacturer’s OEM paint color with superior technology paints.

6. Mechanical & Final Inspection
We perform and test mechanical repairs, perform re-assembly, wheel alignment, air conditioning, test drive, final quality inspection and a full auto detail.

The repair process is now complete and after final inspection, the customer is notified to schedule and confirm a delivery date.
